What is RNS and how does it work?

RNS is an independent property marketing system providing a consumer service by which Real Estate Agencies co-operate and combine their resources to offer a selection of properties to buyers and sellers.

HOW DOES RNS WORK?

The seller provides a written exclusive shared sole mandate to circulate his property on the RNS network system.

New listings are officially introduced by means of an Open Hour whereby participating RNS member agents familiarise themselves with all the features of the property and voice valuable opinion regarding market value and marketability of the property. Monitoring tools provide RNS agents with an array of reporting capabilities that ensures wide exposure of the property to all potential buyers!

Joining the RNS network,

Becoming a member of RNS involves the acquisition of RNS Group shares. An additional entry fee is imposed on established zone groupings, where the group/network determine the value their respective zones. Curently we have 4 holding zones,

Once youre application is approved by the RNS Board of Directors, a seven-day notice period will take effect where existing members may object or express their concern regarding your application.
